Submission system
CISA 2026 on OpenReview was the submission system for this edition. Its deadlines have passed.
Paper requirements and dates
- Initial submissions: a minimum 2-page summary by March 24, 2026; complete 4+1-page papers were encouraged.
- Climate initiative summaries: March 24, 2026.
- Acceptance notification: April 6, 2026.
- Camera-ready papers: May 1, 2026; four pages plus one references-only page.
- Abstracts: 100–150 words.
Camera-ready guidance
Authors uploaded their final version through their OpenReview author dashboard and identified it as camera-ready in the filename. The 2026 ISBN was 979-8-3195-2276-4; manuscripts required the applicable IEEE, US government, Crown government, or European Union copyright notice.
IEEE PDF eXpress used conference ID 67324X. Accepted authors completed IEEE’s electronic copyright form, and camera-ready papers underwent plagiarism checks.
Oral presentations
Slots allowed 17 minutes of presentation and 3 minutes of questions. Presenters brought a USB copy, embedded fonts, carried a backup PDF, and arrived 15 minutes early.
Poster presentations
Portrait A0 posters measured 84.1 × 118.9 cm. Authors printed, installed, and removed their posters on assigned boards.
Live presentation was required for IEEE Xplore publication.
